The Philippine English as a Second Language Journal studies the structure
and development of English across the Philippines, and in particular, its relationship to and effect on local culture and local Filipino languages. The Journal is the sister journal to the acclaimed world leading second language acquisition journal, the Asian
EFL Journal.
